Getting Started: Your First Visit
Your first appointment includes an exam and a discussion of treatment options. Some treatments may start the same day, but more complex cases may require a follow-up visit.
Please bring:
- Relevant x-rays from previous dentists
- A list of current medications
- Completed dental insurance forms (if applicable)
Note: Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please inform us of any medical conditions or medications affecting treatment (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, heart medication).
X-ray Submission for Your Appointment
If your previous dentist or doctor has taken x-rays, you can have them sent to our office or bring them with you. If additional x-rays are needed, we can take them here.
