Dental Implants

Dental implants are a durable and natural solution for replacing missing teeth, restoring both the tooth and root. They offer a stable, long-term alternative to dentures or bridges, enhancing your smile and functionality. Whether you’re missing one tooth or several, implants provide a lasting solution that boosts your confidence.

Dental Implant Solutions

Dental implants offer a permanent solution for replacing missing teeth, providing a natural look and feel while restoring full functionality. Made from durable titanium, these implants are securely placed into the jawbone, where they fuse with the bone to create a solid foundation for replacement teeth. With dental implants, you can enjoy the freedom to eat, speak, and smile with confidence. Additionally, implants help preserve facial structure by preventing bone loss that typically occurs when teeth are missing. Rediscover your ability to live life fully with dental implants!

Dental Implant Process

Dental implants are metal posts inserted into the jawbone to serve as replacements for missing tooth roots. After being placed, small posts are attached to the implants, protruding through the gums to provide a stable foundation for artificial teeth.

The dental implant process typically involves two stages. First, the implants are surgically placed in the jawbone, where they remain for three to six months to bond with the bone. During this time, you can wear temporary dentures and follow a soft-food diet. Meanwhile, your dentist will design the permanent restoration for your new teeth.

In the second phase, after the implant has fully fused with the bone, the surgeon will uncover the implants and place a healing collar. From there, Dr. Oh will take an impression, attach the necessary posts, and craft your final set of replacement teeth. The entire process usually takes around six to eight months, with minimal disruption to your daily routine.
